Ramza was outstanding as my realtor in the recent sale of my townhouse. I did not know Ramza prior to arranging to have my house listed but of the several realtors who visited me prior to listing, Ramza was the only one who arrived well prepared with printed information regarding comparable sales throughout the city of Calgary, not just in and around my area of the city. Furthermore, the information was not simply recent information but historical data. Ramza presented herself as a well dressed professional who was experienced and knowledgeable, was prepared to thoroughly review my condo, making relevant suggestions to enhance a sale and assisted in achieving those enhancements. Ramza also was prepared to listen and take into consideration my suggestions and concerns regarding all issues. Finally, Ramza understands the importance of the impact a sale or purchase of typically one's largest asset can have on an individual so she strived to get the job done right, timely and accurately as well as conscientiously with a thorough understanding and knowledge of the legal and and administrative requirements necessary to conduct a real estate sale.
